Payouts & fees

A booking’s money is released once the booking is completed. Payouts go out every Tuesday from a €50 balance, daily on request with Enterprise. There are no payout fees.

It stays in your Stripe account and is paid out on the next payout day once it reaches €50. If you close your account, we pay out the remaining balance even below €50.

A marketplace fee per booking on the booking value: Free 13%, Pro 9.5%, Enterprise 6% (at least €2.50). On the Free plan, a €2 account activation fee is added on the first booking of the month. Pro and Enterprise additionally cost the subscription.

Directly from the customer’s payment: the fee is withheld and the rest lands in your Stripe account. You don’t transfer anything yourself. A down payment stays fee-free; the fee is then charged with the remaining payment.

Every further payment (such as the remaining payment after a down payment, extra hours, an approved additional charge or a collected security deposit) costs an extra 1% of that payment, at least €2.50. If the fee doesn’t fully fit into the remaining payment, the rest is offset against your balance at completion.

If you cancel a booking, a cancellation and reversal fee may apply: €2.50 as long as nothing has been charged yet, otherwise 1% of the booking value, at least €2.50. It is offset against your available balance. Customers never pay a cancellation fee.
