What is FreyOne?
A marketplace for services near you. Find providers, book a free slot, pay securely online and sort out everything else in the booking chat – all in one place.
Does FreyOne cost me anything as a customer?
No. You only pay the provider's price – no FreyOne fee, no subscription, no base fee. All FreyOne fees are paid by the provider.
How safe is my payment?
Payments run through Stripe, one of the major payment providers – your card details go straight to Stripe, not to the provider. And the provider only receives your money once the appointment has taken place.
Do I need an account or an app?
You can view provider profiles and services without an account; to book, you sign up for free. You don't need an app – FreyOne runs in the browser, on your phone as well as on your computer.
Are providers verified?
Yes. Before a provider can accept bookings, FreyOne checks their business details and trade documents (e.g. business registration or commercial register extract), and Stripe verifies the identity of the people behind the business.
What does FreyOne do for me as a provider?
One tool instead of many: online booking only into your free times, payment via Stripe, automatic invoices, calendar, chat with your customers and payouts to your bank account. Plus a public profile where customers find you.
What does FreyOne cost?
Free: €0 a month and 13% per booking. Pro: €49 a month (€540 a year) and 9.5%. Enterprise: €129 a month (€1,500 a year) and 6%. At least €2.50 per booking; on the Free plan, the first booking of each month adds €2. No setup fee and no payout fee.
What do I need to get started?
A commercial or self-employed business based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, your business details, proof such as your business registration, and a Stripe account for your payouts – which you set up right here.
When do I get my money?
As soon as a booking is completed, your money is released and transferred every Tuesday – from a balance of €50, with no payout fee. With Enterprise, daily on request.
Do I have to write invoices myself?
No. Every paid booking automatically gets an invoice in your name – with your tax details and your own gap-free numbering – and the customer receives it by email. FreyOne's fees are billed to you once a month in a single invoice.
What can I offer?
Fixed prices, hourly billing, prices per quantity or person, subscriptions, custom quotes and rentals – optionally with variants, extras and a deposit. Subscriptions and custom quotes are available from Pro, rentals from Enterprise.
How do customers find me?
Through search on FreyOne – and through your live profile with its own link and QR code, which you can download as an image or PDF for your website, social media, flyers or your shop.
Can I work with my team?
Yes, from Pro you can invite team members – with full access or read-only. From Enterprise, your tax advisor also gets their own accountant access with DATEV export.
