Becoming a provider

A commercial or self-employed activity based in Germany or Austria, your business details, proof such as your business registration, and a Stripe account for your payouts. You set that up directly with us.

Enter your business details, upload your documents, review by FreyOne, set up Stripe. The “Onboarding” area shows how far along you are.

That depends on your country and legal form. Onboarding shows you exactly the documents you need to upload. The guide gives an overview per country.

All payments and payouts run through Stripe. You start the setup in onboarding; there is no deadline, and we remind you by email.

Your profile is visible right after the first onboarding step. It becomes bookable once your tax details are complete, FreyOne has approved your documents and Stripe is set up.
